How it works

Three steps, then it's just a phone call.

1

Tell Jai what you have

Pick your equipment by brand and model. Adjustable dumbbells, kettlebell sets, a bar and plates, a home gym: Jai only prescribes weights you actually own.

2

Call your number

Jai prescribes each exercise, logs your sets from what you say, and times your rest with a count-in. Hang up by accident? Call back and it picks up where you were.

3

Get stronger on autopilot

Progressive overload, deload weeks, and a first session that finds your working weights by asking how each set felt. No guessed starting weights.

What you get

Built for the gym floor, not the couch.

Works on any phone

It's a call. Screen off, phone in your pocket, earbud buttons working.

Knows your equipment

Home gym or commercial gym, machines or bands. Substitutes automatically when something's missing.

Finds your weights for you

Start light, say "easy", "okay" or "hard", and Jai steps up to your working weight in one session.

Circuits, stretching, core and squats on demand

Classic sets or timed circuits. Add a core block, a squat block, or a stretch to any day.

Gentle programs

Seated, supported and balance work for over-60s and limited mobility. No countdowns, longer rests, it waits for you.

Your data goes with you

Strava, CSV and TCX export, and a read-only API so your own AI can read your history.

See how to do it

Not sure what a movement is? Look it up, or ask.

Every exercise has start and finish photos and step-by-step instructions on the site and in the app. On the phone, say "how do I do this" and Jai reads you the cue and sends the link.

  • 1Lie back with a dumbbell in each hand at chest level, palms forward.
  • 2Press up until your arms are extended, then lower under control.
  • 3Keep your elbows about forty-five degrees from your body, feet flat.
For gyms

Give members a trainer in their pocket.

Set your floor's equipment once; every member inherits it. Members join by link, the trainer greets as your gym's, and you see attendance and adherence, never anyone's sets.

  • Members sign up from a link at the front desk. Their equipment is already set.
  • The voice introduces itself as your gym's trainer.
  • You get roll-ups: who trained this week, adherence, streaks. Individual logs stay private.
  • Per active member, volume pricing.

Talk to us

Retention, not another app

A member who has a coach waiting on the other end of a phone number shows up. That's the whole pitch: anything that keeps people coming back past February.

No installs, no training your staff. Set the equipment, share the link, watch the roll-ups.

Questions

The short answers.

Do I need an app?

No. The phone call is the product. If you'd rather see a screen, there's a free web app and an Android app that show the exercise, the rest timer and your log while the same voice runs the workout.

Does it work with my earbuds?

Yes. It's an ordinary call, so any wired or Bluetooth earbuds that work for calls work for Jai, including the buttons.

What if the machine I need is taken?

Say "skip" and Jai moves on to the next exercise. Swapping in an alternative mid-call is on the way.

Is this physical therapy?

No. Jai is a fitness guide, not medical care or physical therapy. Talk to your doctor before starting, especially over 60, after surgery, or with a heart condition. Read the full note at app.jai.fit/disclaimer.

How does it know my starting weights?

If you train now, you enter the weights you use on a few anchor lifts and Jai derives the rest. If you're new or coming back, your first session starts light and Jai asks after each set whether it was easy, okay or hard, stepping up until it lands on your working weight.
